All kitten reservations are subject to availability.
A deposit may be required to secure a kitten.
Full payment must be completed prior to delivery or collection of your kitten.
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
3. Health Guarantee
Every kitten sold through Buy Bengal Cats comes with a written health guarantee and veterinary certificate.
Health guarantees are valid only if the kitten receives care according to our guidelines, including vaccinations, parasite prevention, and timely veterinary check-ups.
Health guarantees do not cover conditions unrelated to breeding or pre-existing conditions noted in the veterinary certificate.
4. Delivery and Transport
Kittens may be collected in person or delivered by our professional, licensed pet transport partners.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or travel restrictions.
Buy Bengal Cats is not responsible for delays beyond our control, though we will ensure your kitten’s safety and comfort throughout transport.
5. Ownership and Responsibility
Upon transfer of the kitten, full ownership passes to the purchaser.
The new owner is responsible for the kitten’s care, nutrition, medical treatment, and overall wellbeing.
Kittens purchased for breeding purposes must be registered and cared for responsibly.
6. Returns and Refunds
Refunds or exchanges are only provided in accordance with the Health Guarantee and applicable UK/EU animal sale laws.
If a kitten develops a genetic health issue covered by the guarantee, we will provide a replacement kitten of equivalent value or a refund as agreed.
Claims must be made within the period specified in the health guarantee.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and other materials on this website are owned by Buy Bengal Cats.
Reproduction, distribution, or use of our content without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Liability
Buy Bengal Cats is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or ownership of a kitten.
